Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 slices Tofu; (bean curd)
1 tablespoon Oil
2 tablespoons Sweet soy sauce
1 Whole blended chilli
2 Stalks chopped coriander
2 Stalks chopped spring onion

Directions

Shallow fry the bean curd with 1tsp of oil until light brown for 2 minutes.

Add blended chilli together with coriander and spring onions in a bowl.

Stir the ingredients together and pour on top of the bean curd. Lastly, add the sweet soy sauce.
