Tangy glazed meatloaf

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Turkey, ground -- lean
1 pinch Salt
¼ cup Bread crumbs
1 pinch Pepper
cup Milk
½ teaspoon Poultry seasoning
1 Onion, chopped -- small
2 tablespoons Catsup
GLAZE-----
3 tablespoons Sugar -- brown
1 teaspoon Mustard -- dry OR A-1
Poultry
¼ cup Catsup
Sauce
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg

Directions

Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl. Add turkey, egg, onion, seasonings and catsup. Mix well and pat into a small meatloaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Combine glaze ingredients and spoon over meatloaf.

Bake 20 additional minutes.
