Tangy glazed meatloaf

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Turkey, ground -- lean |
1 | pinch | Salt |
¼ | cup | Bread crumbs |
1 | pinch | Pepper |
⅓ | cup | Milk |
½ | teaspoon | Poultry seasoning |
1 | Onion, chopped -- small | |
2 | tablespoons | Catsup |
GLAZE----- | ||
3 | tablespoons | Sugar -- brown |
1 | teaspoon | Mustard -- dry OR A-1 |
Poultry | ||
¼ | cup | Catsup |
Sauce | ||
¼ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
Directions
Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl. Add turkey, egg, onion, seasonings and catsup. Mix well and pat into a small meatloaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Combine glaze ingredients and spoon over meatloaf.
Bake 20 additional minutes.
