Tangy swordfish sauce

2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 Cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Dried parsley dash salt.
½ cup Nonfat yogurt
teaspoon Chives
¼ teaspoon Parmesan cheese

Directions

In a small saucepan, stir the lemon juice and yogurt until thoroughly mixed. Add all other ingredients and stir thoroughly. Set flame on oven to medium low and stir constantly, reducing sauce until thick.

Spread over two grilled swordfish steaks.
