Texas turkey pasta sauce

12 | ounces | Ground turkey |
14½ | ounce | Can salsa with cilantro |
8 | ounces | Cn whole-kernel corn;drained |
4 | ounces | Monterey Jack cheese; cut in cubes (1 cup) |
Directions
Prepare 12 ounces pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile... Cook ground turkey in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up clumps, 3 to 4 minutes until no longer pink. Reduce heat to medium-low.
Stir in salsa and corn. Cover and simmer 4 to 5 minutes to blend flavors.
Before draining pasta, scoop off about ¼ cup of the pasta cooking water. After draining, return pasta to pot along with reserved cooking water.
Toss sauce and cheese with hot pasta. Serves 4.
