Three bean spam salad

1 | can | Kidney beans, drained (16oz) |
1 | can | Yellow wax beans, drained (16 oz) |
1 | can | SPAM Luncheon Meat, cubed (7 oz) |
⅓ | cup | Chopped onion |
⅓ | cup | Sugar |
⅓ | cup | Oil |
⅓ | cup | Cider vinegar |
1 | tablespoon | Stone-ground mustard |
¼ | teaspoon | Coarsely ground pepper |
Directions
In bowl, combine green beans, kidney beans, wax beans, SPAM, and onion. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over SPAM mixture. Stir gently. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
