Toasty garbanzos

Ingredients

1 | can | Garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed (chick peas) |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground cumin |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper (1/4 t if you don't like them spicy)* |
Directions
* Instead of salt and cayenne try 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning salt.
Turn on the broiler. In a bowl, toss the drained beans with the seasonings. Spread onto a cookie sheet. Place under the broiler about 4 inches away from the flame. Broil for 2 minutes and stir the beans.
