Tofu and peanut sauce

¼ | cup | Peanut butter |
14 | ounces | Tofu |
1 | cup | ;water or unseasoned veggie broth |
1 | \N | Garlic clove (or more) |
3 | tablespoons | Tamari |
\N | pinch | Cayenne or your favorite hot sauce (optional) |
In a blender or food processor, blend together all the ingredients untilsmooth and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add a little extra water.
Pour the sauce into a skillet or saucepan and stir over mediumheat until it is thoroughly heated.
Serve over grains such as buckwheat, millet, or rice, or over pasta.
