Tofu herb spread

1 | cup | Basil, fresh -- loosely |

1 | cup | Italian parsley, fresh |

¼ | cup | Celery leaves, fresh |
\N | \N | Loosely packed |
2 | tablespoons | Chives -- fresh |
1 | pack | Tofu -- silken (10.5 oz) |
2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice -- fresh |
1 | tablespoon | Olive oil -- extra virgin |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper -- freshly |

Place the garlic, basil, parsley, celery and chives in a food processor and cop untilfine and thoroughly mixed.
Addthe remaining ingredients and process until creamy.
Good as a spread, a dip, or a pasta filling.
