Tofu herb spread

Quantity Ingredient
2 \N Garlic cloves or 1 clove
\N \N Elephant garlic
1 cup Basil, fresh -- loosely
\N \N Packed
1 cup Italian parsley, fresh
\N \N Loosely packed
¼ cup Celery leaves, fresh
\N \N Loosely packed
2 tablespoons Chives -- fresh
1 pack Tofu -- silken (10.5 oz)
2 tablespoons Lemon juice -- fresh
1 tablespoon Olive oil -- extra virgin
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black pepper -- freshly
\N \N Ground

Place the garlic, basil, parsley, celery and chives in a food processor and cop untilfine and thoroughly mixed.

Addthe remaining ingredients and process until creamy.

Good as a spread, a dip, or a pasta filling.
