Tofu nut patties

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Water
1 tablespoon Egg replacer
1 cup Whole wheat bread crumbs
½ cup Roasted almond butter
½ cup Walnuts, finely chopped
½ cup Sunflower seeds, lightly roasted
½ cup Millet or brown rice, precooked
2 tablespoons Almond oil
2 tablespoons Parsley
1 tablespoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Thyme
½ teaspoon Marjoram
½ teaspoon Sea salt
teaspoon Rosemary, ground
½ pounds Tofu, crumbled

Mix the water and egg replacer together.

Blend the remaining ingredients, except for the tofu, in a food processor. Process until well mixed, then stir in the tofu.

Form into 8 patties. Place on grill or in frying pan and grill until browned on both sides.
