2 larges Tomatoes -- seeded and
Diced
½ cup Pineapple -- finely diced
2 Green onions -- thinly
Sliced
1 medium Jalapeno pepper -- minced
2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro -- minced
2 tablespoons Lime juice
1 cup Garlic -- peeled and minced

Directions

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
