Tossed greens with ranch dressing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Plain yogurt
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
teaspoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Green onion, chopped (top
& bottom)
2 teaspoons Chives
5 cups Assorted salad greens (to 6 cups)

Directions

In a small bowl, combine yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, green onion, ans chives. Cover and refrigerate dressing until well chill.

Meanwhile, clesn salad greens and tear into bite-size pieces. When ready to serve, place green in large sald bowl. Toss with dressing and serve immediately. Submitted By FLEURETTE DELISLE On 02-06-95
