Tropical banana sundaes

Quantity Ingredient
Vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
4 Ripe but firm bananas; peeled, thickly
; sliced on diagonal
1 cup Purchased chocolate sauce; warmed
Toasted sweetened coconut

Directions

Place 1 scoop vanilla ice cream in each of 4 dessert bowls. Place bowls in freezer.

Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add bananas; saute until just beginning to soften, about 3 minutes. Spoon bananas over ice cream. Top with chocolate sauce and coconut.

Makes 4 servings.
