Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Olive oil
½ cup Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons Dijon-style prepared mustard
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Ground white pepper
pounds Mixed salad greens, rinsed and crisped

Directions

1. Several days before serving, in jar with tight fitting lid, combine oil, lemon juice, dill, mustard, salt, and pepper. Shake to combine dressing and refrigerate until ready to serve.

2. Just before serving, place greens into serving bowl. Shake dressing well and toss with greens.
