½ | cup | Lemon juice |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped fresh dill |
2 | tablespoons | Dijon-style prepared mustard |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground white pepper |
2¼ | pounds | Mixed salad greens, rinsed and crisped |
Directions
1. Several days before serving, in jar with tight fitting lid, combine oil, lemon juice, dill, mustard, salt, and pepper. Shake to combine dressing and refrigerate until ready to serve.
2. Just before serving, place greens into serving bowl. Shake dressing well and toss with greens.
