Tuna and cabbage quick dish

1 can Tuna
3 Leaves cabbage
cup Chicken broth
1 tablespoon Sake
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar Salt
1 tablespoon Minced parsley

Directions

Open can of tuna, drain water and break into pieces. Cut cabbage in bite size. Boil soup, sake, soy sauce, sugar and salt. Add tuna and cabbage. Cook 4 minutes. Put everything in a dish, sprinkle parsley on the top. Submitted By BARRY WEINSTEIN On 03-03-95
