Tuna pasta with a lemon dressing

Quantity Ingredient
½ pack Fresh green tagliatelle
½ Lemon; juice of
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
1 tablespoon Snipped chives
2 ounces Butter
½ Onion; finely chopped
1 can Tuna
Salt and pepper
3 Cloves garlic; crushed
1 small Pot single cream

Directions

Place the pasta in a pan of boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes.

When cooked, put in a colander and run cold water over it.

Melt the butter in a pan and add the onion, garlic, chives and parsley.

Stir for about 3 minutes, then add the pasta, lemon, tuna, salt and pepper and cream.

Stir until heated right through and serve.
