Turkey cocktail meatballls - butter busters ^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Lean ground white meat skinless turkey
½ cup Crushed fatfree SnackWells Wheat crackers
¼ cup Chopped onion
¼ cup Egg Beaters
1 each Tb chicken broth
1 each Tb Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon Lite salt, optional
½ teaspoon Poultry seasoning
**SPICY SAUCE**
½ cup Chile sauce
2 eaches Tb vinegar
2 eaches Tb brown sugar*

Directions

MEATBALLS

Mix all of the ingredients together and roll into bite sized balls.

Place meatballs on a broiler pan so any fat will fall through. Bake at 375F 15-20 minutes. Sauce: Mix together. *Or use 1 tablespoon brown sugar and ¼ teaspoon Sweet 'n Low Brown Makes 50 meatballs.
