Turkey pasta supreme

¾ | pounds | Uncooked turkey breast |
2 | Cl Garlic; minced | |
2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
1¼ | cup | Whipping cream |
2 | tablespoons | Fresh basil or 2 tsp dried - |
¼ | cup | Grated parmesan cheese |
dash | Pepper | |
3 | cups | Hot cooked pasta; 3-4 cups |
Directions
Recipe by: TASTE OF HOME DEC/JAN 1996 Cut turkey into 2x1/4" pieces.
In a skillet, saute turkey and garlic in butter until turkey is browned and no longer pink, about 6 min. Add cream, basil, Parmesan and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 3 minutes, stirring freq. Stir in pasta and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
