Turkey patties in wine sauce

Ingredients

¼ | cup | Chopped onion |
1 | teaspoon | Margarine |
½ | pounds | Ground turkey |
½ | Egg | |
¼ | cup | Bread crumbs |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Italian herb blend |
¼ | cup | Dry red wine |
⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Saute the chopped onion in margarine in a large frying pan. Combine sauteed onion with turkey, egg, salt, and herbs. Shape turkey mixture into 2 patties. Broil 3-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. While patties are cooking, add wine, and pepper to frying pan.
