Ukrainian honey-lemon tea

Ingredients

| 8 | tablespoons | Orange Indian tea leaves |
| 6 | tablespoons | Lemon juice freshly squeezed |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon peel freshly grated |
| 1 | cup | Honey |
Directions
Place tea leaves and lemon peel into a cheesecloth bag and tie closed.
Bring 2¼ quarts of water to a boil, add the bag, the lemon juice, & the honey. Boil for 5 minutes, turn off heat, & allow to steep for 10 minutes.
