1¾ | cup | Water |
7 | ounces | Uncooked elbow macaroni |
12 | ounces | Velveeta Cheese - cubed |
Directions
Directions: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and drain. Stir in the salsa and water. Bring to a boil. Add the macaroni and reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Simmer for 8-10 minutes until macaroni is tender. Add the Velveeta cheese and stir until melted. Makes 4-6 servings.
