2 | cans | Pineapple chunks (20 oz can) |
2 | cans | Oranges, drained (11 oz can) |
4 | cups | Strawberries, halved |
3 | tablespoons | Lime juice, fresh |
3 | tablespoons | Lemon juice, fresh |
3 | tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
1 | teaspoon | Mint |
½ | teaspoon | Curry powder |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
Crisp salad greens | ||
4 | Bananas, sliced |
Directions
Drain pineapple, reserve ¾ cup juice. Chill pineapple, orange, and strwberries. Blend reserved pineapple juice, lime juice, oil, mint, curry powder, and salt in a small bowl and refrigerate covered. When ready to serve salad, arrange crisp greens on large serving platter.
Add bananas to other fruits. Attractively arrange fruits on greens.
