White chocolate mac cookies

1 servings

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup All-purpose flour
½ teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Light brown sugar; firmly packed
½ cup Granulated sugar
¾ cup Butter; softened
2 larges Eggs
2 teaspoons Pure vanilla extract
1 cup Chopped macadamia nuts
cup White chocolate bar; coarsely chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine flour, soda and salt. Whisk well. Set aside. In the large bowl of an electric mixer beat sugars at medium speed. Add butter and mix to form a grainy paste. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add the flour mixture and blend at low until just combined. Add nuts and white chocolate and mix by hand. Do not overmix! Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet ( I line my sheet with parchment). Place cookies two inches apart. Bake 20-22 minutes or until edges begin to turn golden brown.

Transfer cookies to a cool surface. Enjoy! Recipe by: Jacqueline Brock <jacqueb@...> Posted to CHILE-HEADS DIGEST V3 #, converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.
