Yogurt cheese pie with oat pie crust

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 eaches Ounces soft cream cheese
cup Yogurt
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla
6 eaches Dates, chopped

Directions

Beat together the cream cheese, yogurt, honey and vanilla until very smooth. Stir in dates and pour into a prepared 9 inch pie shell.

Refrigerate several hours. Goes well with Oat pie crust.

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% %%%%% OAT PIE CRUST %%%%% %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% ½ cups rolled oats ½ cup pitted dates 2 tbsp safflower oil Place the oats and the pitted dates through a fine blade of a food grinder.
