Zucca brusca

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
7 Whole zucchini, sliced lengthwise
2 Cloves garlic, chopped
½ cup Lemon juice
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
½ cup Beef broth
Salt and pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil, for frying

Directions

Fry zucchini slices in deep oil until brown. Drain and add other ingredients. Bring sauce to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve on top of Pasta.

NOTES : Best eaten cold
