Ingredients

2 | cups | Sugar-free lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage |
1 | cup | Apple Sauce |
1 | small | Honeydew melon; seeded, rind removed, cut into chunks |
⅛ | teaspoon | Ginger |
2 | drops | Green food coloring; or more if desired |
Directions
In food processor bowl with metal blade or blender container, combine all ingredients; process until smooth.
Pour into 8 or 9-inch non-metal square pan. Cover; freeze until firm.
Scoop frozen mixture into 5-oz. drink cups or spoon into dessert dishes.
Yields 10 (½-cup) servings.
Notes: Pantry: Mott's Regular Apple Sauce. Use a well-ripened melon for optimum flavor in this refreshing low calorie ice.
