Beef and rice fiesta

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1 medium Onion, sliced
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
7 ounces Whole kernal corn
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Chili powder
cup Minute rice
1 Green pepper
1 medium Tomato

Directions

Brown beef in skillet leaving meat in large chunks. Add onion and cook over medium heat until tender. Add 1½ cups of water, soup, corn, salt, and chili powder. Bring to a boil. Stir in minute rice.

Add tomato cut in eights and green pepper cut in strips or rings.
