Benchwarmer beer dip

8.00 ounce Pasteurized process
Cheddar cheese with
Jalapeno pepper; cubed
cup Beer
1.00 cup Black beans; drained/rinsed
½ cup Sliced scallions
½ cup Chopped tomatoes
Chips or tortilla crisps

Directions

Recipe by: Tampa Bay Online In medium saucepan, over low heat, cook cream cheese, pasteurized cheese and beer, until melted and smooth.
