Easy cheddar mustard beer dip

Ingredients

12 ounces Pasteurized processed cheddar cheese sprea, cubed
4 ounces Cream cheese, cubed
cup Beer
½ cup Grey Poupon Mustard
cup Green onions, chopped
Chopped red bell pepper, garnish
Pretzel chips, breadsticks or bagel chips, for dipping

Directions

In medium saucepan, over low heat, heat cheese spread and cream cheese until melted and smooth. Slowly blend in beer and mustard. Stir in green onions. Pour into serving bowl; garnish with chopped bell pepper. Serve with pretzel chips, breadsticks or bagel chips.
