Blue cheese-buttermilk dressing (hl)

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Low-fat buttermilk
½ cup Plain fat-free yogurt
3 tablespoons White wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Coarse ground pepper
½ cup Thinly sliced green onions
½ cup Crumbled blue cheese; or 2 ounces

Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir with a whisk until blended.

Stir in onions and cheese.

Yield: 6¼ cup servings
