Blueberry heaven muffins

12 muffins.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Flour
1 tablespoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Sugar
1 Egg, beaten
½ cup Milk
½ cup Sour cream
cup Sugar
cup Flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
cup Butter, melted
2 teaspoons Lemon juice (fresh if avail)
1 teaspoon Grated lemon rind (fresh if available)
cup Fresh blueberries (frozen ok too)
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
3 tablespoons Butter

Directions

TOPPING

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Sift together the first 4 ingredients. Stir in the next 6 ingredients until just moistened. Fold in the blueberries. Mix the topping ingredients until crumbly. Fill paper lined muffin tins ful with the batter and sprinkle liberally with the topping. Bake appx. 20 minutes.

You might want to make a double batch of topping for better coverage.
