Blueberry heaven muffins

Ingredients

1 | tablespoon | Baking powder |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | cup | Sugar |
1 | Egg, beaten | |
½ | cup | Milk |
½ | cup | Sour cream |
⅓ | cup | Sugar |
⅓ | cup | Flour |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅓ | cup | Butter, melted |
2 | teaspoons | Lemon juice (fresh if avail) |
1 | teaspoon | Grated lemon rind (fresh if available) |
1½ | cup | Fresh blueberries (frozen ok too) |
¼ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
3 | tablespoons | Butter |
Directions
TOPPING
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Sift together the first 4 ingredients. Stir in the next 6 ingredients until just moistened. Fold in the blueberries. Mix the topping ingredients until crumbly. Fill paper lined muffin tins ful with the batter and sprinkle liberally with the topping. Bake appx. 20 minutes.
You might want to make a double batch of topping for better coverage.
