Broiled tomatoes with feta cheese

3 larges Ripe, firm tomatoes sliced about 1/2\" thick
4 ounces Feta cheese
½ tablespoon Chopped marjoram
Fruity olive oil
Freshly ground pepper

Directions

REHEAT BROILER. Overlap the tomatoes in a large baking dish. Crumble the cheese over them, add half the marjoram and drizzle oil over the top. Place the dish a few inches below the heat source and broil until the cheese is melted and starting to color, about 7 minutes.

Remove, drizzle a little more oil over the top, add the rest of the marjoram, season with pepper and serve.
