Broken bow scalloped potatoes

4 | cups | Potatoes; thinly sliced - peeled |
⅔ | cup | Onion; diced |
2 | tablespoons | Flour |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
1½ | cup | Milk |

Directions
Arrange a layer of potatoes in a greased 2-qt casserole. Cover with some of the onion. Sprinkle some of the combined flour, salt and pepper. Dot with some of the butter. Repeat layers until all are used, ending with butter.
Pour milk over all. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, covered, in a slow oven (325 degrees) 1 hour. Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender. Yield: 4 servings. From Oklahoma Cookin' received from Joyce Burton in the April '96 swap.
