Cheese and turkey melt

Ingredients

18 slices White bread
8 Eggs; beaten
Butter
12 slices Cheese, Cheddar
24 slices Turkey breast; cooked
12 slices Tomato

Directions

Dip each slice of bread in beaten eggs; cook in butter on preheated griddle until lightly browned. Cover each of 12 bread slices with 1 slice cheese, 2 slices turkey, and 1 slice tomato. Continue grilling the 12 bread slices slowly in butter untl cheese melts. Stack 2 slices together and top with remaining bread. Serve hot.
