Horseradish turkey and ham melt

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 slices Rye bread
cup Butter or margarine;softened
2 tablespoons Prepared horseradish
6 slices Cooked turkey
6 slices Cooked ham
6 slices Ripe tomato
1 medium Green pepper;sliced
6 slices Cheddar cheese

Directions

Heat broiler. Toast bread. In small bowl stir together butter and horseradish; spread butter mixture on toast. Layer each slice toast with 1 slice turkey, 1 slice ham, 1 slice tomato and 1 slice green pepper. Place sandwiches on cookie sheet. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until sandwiches are heated through. Top with cheese; broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
