Chicken honey nut stir fry

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Chicken breasts, boned, skin
¾ cup Orange juice
2 tablespoons Oil, vegetable
2 larges Carrots, diagonally cut
cup Honey, liquid
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
½ teaspoon Ginger, ground
2 eaches Celery stalks
½ cup Cashews or peanuts
Rice

Directions

Cut chicken into thin strips, set aside. In a small bowl, combine juice, honey, soy sauce cornstarch and ginger,mix well. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok, add carrots and celery, stir fry about 3 minutes, remove,set aside. add remaining oil, add meat stir fry 3 minutes, add vegetables, add sauce and nuts, cook and stir until sauce is thickened. servie over rice Submitted By KATHERINE WALDEN On 09-28-95
