Chicken in lemon dill butter ^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Butter
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Salt
1 clove Garlic, minced
½ teaspoon Paprika
1 cup Sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon Dill weed
3 pounds Chicken, cut in serving pieces

Directions

Melt butter in large skillet with lid. Add all ingredients except chicken and bring to a boil. Add chicken and bring to boiling point, but do not actually boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. Transfer chicken to a serving platter. Serve with rice or noodles covered with remaining cooking liquid. 4 servings.
