10 Eggs
1 pint Small curd cottage cheese
½ cup Flour
1 pounds Monterey Jack Cheese --
Shredded
1 teaspoon Baking powder
½ cup Butter -- or margarine
½ teaspoon Salt
2 cans Diced green chilies

Directions

In large bowl beat eggs until light. Add all remaining ingredients (except chilies) blending smoothly. Stir in chilies and pour into well buttered 9 x 14 baking dish. Bake 350 degrees for 35 min. or until borwn and center is firm. (Source: Kulekane Cooks, Maui) Recipe By :
