Chipped beef and cream cheese

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack (6-oz) cream cheese
½ medium Onion; grated (up to)
2 Lemons; juice of
1 dash Tabasco
1 pack (2.5-oz) smoked dried beef

Directions

Soften cream cheese; add onion, lemon juice and Tabasco. Spread dried beef on waxed paper, overlapping edges. Spread cream cheese thinly over beef.

Roll tightly and refrigerate. Makes 2 rolls. Cut into thin slices when serving.
