Chocolate chess pie #3

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Sugar
cup Cocoa
2 tablespoons Flour
1 cup Evaporated milk
5⅓ tablespoon Butter
2 Eggs; slightly beaten
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 (9 inch) pie shell; unbaked
1 cup Pecan halves (optional)

Directions

Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Heat milk and butter until melted. Add eggs and vanilla to milk mixture. Stir. Combine liquids with dry ingredients, mixing well. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with pecans, if desired. Bake at 350ø for 45 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
