Country ham and corn

11 | ounces | Can Green Giant Mexicorn |
1 | pack | Corn muffin mix (7 oz) |
4 | ounces | Chredded cheddar cheese; (1 |

Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 qt baking dish. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees fo 45 -55 minutes or until golden brown and set. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 1-2 minutes to melt cheese. Let stand five minutes - before serving -- cut into squares.
For less fat, use fat free cheese, low fat margarine and egg beaters.
