Crabmeat garden rolls

½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
3 | tablespoons | Chili sauce |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped parsley |
1 | tablespoon | Sweet pickle relish |
1 | tablespoon | Dry sherry |
1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | pounds | Crab meat; Picked clean |
10 | Leaves Red leaf lettuce; flattened | |
1 | Red and/or yellow pepper; cut into thin strips | |
10 | Chives |
Directions
In medium bowl, combine onion, mayonnaise, chili sauce, parsley, relish, sherry, mustard and salt. Gently fold in crab meat. Place ⅓ cup filling in center of each lettuce leaf. Evenly divide pepper strips among crab.
Starting at root end, roll leaf around crab meat. Halfway through, fold sides over and continue rolling into an egg-roll shape. Tie each roll with a chive. Chill until ready to serve.
