Crabmeat garden rolls

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Red onion; Chopped
½ cup Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Chili sauce
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
1 tablespoon Sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon Dry sherry
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 pounds Crab meat; Picked clean
10 Leaves Red leaf lettuce; flattened
1 Red and/or yellow pepper; cut into thin strips
10 Chives

Directions

In medium bowl, combine onion, mayonnaise, chili sauce, parsley, relish, sherry, mustard and salt. Gently fold in crab meat. Place ⅓ cup filling in center of each lettuce leaf. Evenly divide pepper strips among crab.

Starting at root end, roll leaf around crab meat. Halfway through, fold sides over and continue rolling into an egg-roll shape. Tie each roll with a chive. Chill until ready to serve.
