Creamed pie w/ fresh fruit

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 ounces Cream cheese
1 teaspoon Unflavored gelatin; soften in
1 teaspoon Water
teaspoon Vanilla
cup Sugar
1 pint Whipping cream
1 Baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
Fresh fruit or berries

Directions

Cream together cream cheese, gelatin, vanilla, & sugar in mixer, scraping sides as you mix. Add whipping cream & beat rapidly until stiff, but do not overbeat. Put in pie shell & freeze 1 hour. Serve topped w/ fresh fruit or berries in season.
