Crisp oatmeal topping

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Brown sugar
2 pounds Sugar
6 pounds Bread flour
pounds Oatmeal
ounce Cinnamon
½ ounce Nutmeg
½ ounce Cardamom
pounds Walnuts; rough chop
6 pounds Cold unsalted butter; cubed

Directions

1. Place all except butter in a large mixing bowl, Mix on low speed with paddle to incorporate.

2. add butter and mix to a coarse meal consistency.

NOTES : Great topping for cobbler...etc. Easily divide recipe to fit your needs.
