Crunchy breakfast fruit

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Grape nuts;
¾ cup Soft ricotta cheese; low-fat
¾ cup Fresh fruit,*
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 pack To 2 pk Equal depending on taste.

Directions

* blueberries, strawberries, raspberries or favorite fruit Mix it all togeather and enjoy. Usually I just put it togeather without paying too much attention to the quanities. I use frozen fruit when I do not have fresh fruit. Hope you enjoy this.
