Dry jerk rub seasoning

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 teaspoon Ground dried Habanero
2 tablespoons Onion powder
1 tablespoon Ground allspice
1 tablespoon Ground thyme
2 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons Ground cloves
1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Ground nutmeg

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. It is also a good sprinked on cooked food instead of salt.
