The only problem is finding lemon powder. Spice Island used to make it but no longer does to my knowlege. As a substitute you can use a good brand of lemon pepper and then adjust for salt, pepper and msg.
I have to admit I am a bit disappointed to see this recipe published so widely. My mother made me wait till I was 25 before she felt I was responcible enough to have it. What can I say, we took our BBQ'n seriously in KCMO.
