| ½ | cup | Heavy (whipping) cream |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
Directions

Season- with either 1 teaspoon vanilla (our usual), or a squeeze of lemon juice, or 1 teaspoon marmalade. Taste! Refrigerate till ready to serve.
