El cocodrilo's cranberry citrus salsa

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Cranberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup Chopped yellow or red onions
½ cup Fresh orange juice
The zest from 1 orange
1 Jalapeno chile, seeded and chopped
½ teaspoon Ginger
2 tablespoons + 2 tsp. brown sugar
1 teaspoon Honey
tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, then remove it from the heat and let it cool while stirring carefully ~ - try not to split the cranberries!
