Elbow noodles casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ pounds Ground Turkey Breast
1 Onion; chopped
2 Cloves garlic; minced
cup Elbow macaroni; cooked and drained
1 can Stewed red ripe tomatoes; (10 3/4 ounce)
1 can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
2 ounces Canned mushrooms
4 ounces Fat-free cheddar cheese; shredded

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

Bake at 350 for 20 mins or until bubbly.
