Elegant low calorie flounder

8 Cherry tomatoes
4 Flounder fillets (4 oz each)
3 cups Chicken broth
4 cups Dry white wine
Shallots, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Lemon-pepper seasoning
Paprika
Lemon

Directions

Wrap filets around cherry tomatos, secure with toothpicks. Poach flounder filets in chicken broth and wine. Sprinkle remaining ingredients on filets. Fish is done when flakes with fork, about 10 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges. Sprinkle with paprika. Serves 4.
